There was no recent customization done, and i have already deactivated all plugins and tested to see if that solved the problem.

We are also experiencing the same problem, even after running tests of installing the newest theme update and clearing the cache on the site.Hope to have a solution soon, as it has already been quite a while.

Sorry for the delay, Christmas vacation…
Anyway, all of the plugins and WP were up-to-date in the screenshots above. I updated the theme today, still didn’t work. I deactivated all the plugins and it worked. I ironically, I reactivated all the plugins and now it works.
So, thanks for your help. I guess that doesn’t really provide a conclusive resolution though.

NicLet me try to clarify: If I switch to the “visual” pane of the Avia editor within the text block and hit the return key it will advance to the next line, it will not do that in the “text” pane. BUT if, for example, I type out a sentence in the “visual” editor hit the return key a couple times and type another sentence, when I switch to the “text” editor it will show the sentences on different lines.
