I couldn’t work out how administrators chose which to answer, as some seemed (which may have not been the case) to get answered immediately, so I thought I had done something wrong and didn’t know what I was doing wrong. It is (in case you hadn’t guessed) my first time asking for support. I will not open multiple threads in future.

I have done as suggested and all is now well. Thank you for your help and, again, apologies for the bother.

To clarify again, I’ve gone into FTP, but can’t seem to find the code. Would really, really appreciate help.

By the way, I am aware that the problem I am noting is not just mine: it’s clearly what also happened to raisonbrands below. The thing is, I have removed the code, as that person did, and it hasn’t worked. If you put in my site name now, you simply get a blank page (or, in Chrome, a note that the server is blocked). I do still have the functions.php page on my screen (which is how I deleted the code and updated the file) but I am not sure that when I pressed “update file” the information actually went through. There is no point my trying to give you access to my site, as I cannot access the dashboard.

I would greatly appreciate help. I have three days to get this project live and am losing a lot of time.
