Thanks for the code, Ismael! You guys are wonderful :)
I’ve borrowed a laptop so you can close this thread if you want. Not the perfect solution but… workable :)
Hi Nikko. Yes, see private info for the logins. I’ve been thinking about what has changed since I did my last round of edits and I’ve come up with iOS version 10.1 which came out on Nov 7th. I have several tablets but no desktop. That might explain it.

Few things. The issue is new. Text blocks I’ve edited before are uneditable/unsave-able. I’ve tried editing on different computers, in different browsers, even across different hosts. I have my old site on Host Gator and my new site on Blue Host. What’s up. Did you guys or WordPress do an update recently?

Scratch the workaround of switching between themes. Doesn’t work. What else should I try?

Also, the save button is there and works until I activate the text editor window, then it disappears.

No luck. Deactivate all plugins. Cleared cache, refreshed. I had already increased the memory limit in order to do the theme install and I confirmed that it is at 256M. Still no save button. I am using iOS and don’t have access to a computer with a harddrive. Could that be it? The save button appears and works for all element EXCEPT any that have the visual text editor. As a workaround for the meeting, I’m switching to the Twenty Sixteen theme to make my edits, then switching back to Enfold to see what it looks like, but that’s a royal pain.

October 24, 2016 at 10:52 am in reply to: I've tried everything to install Enfold on BlueHost #703190I have, many-multiple times, as I’ve explained in the thread above. That’s the problem!! I can’t copy the files to my web host server via Uploader, FTP or any other means. Please let me know what the next step is. I can give you access to the enfold.zip file on my Dropbox, but it seems you should have the install files if you are Team Kriesi Support??
At this point, I’d like you to copy the UNZIPPED ENFOLD files to the FTP location I gave you in the private part of this thread. That’s all. I can activate the theme and all the rest from there.
Please read all posts entirely in this thread before responding. I’m not trying to be difficult, it’s just that I’ve spent many, many hours trying to get the theme loaded.

October 23, 2016 at 9:49 pm in reply to: I've tried everything to install Enfold on BlueHost #703070Can’t copy the enfold.zip to the server for you to find because that’s the problem. I can’t load it to the server. Tried putting where it belongs – in themes, also under the root. No luck.
October 23, 2016 at 9:46 pm in reply to: I've tried everything to install Enfold on BlueHost #703069I’ve looked through the error logs and can’t pinpoint the issue. From a layman standpoint the problem is that I can’t upload the Enfold Theme files. If I use the WP loader it just hangs. If I look on the server, only the enfold folder gets created, that’s it. If I use FTP the files do not transfer in thier entirety – I get layerslider and a few other files. Private info requested is below:
