Hi Yigit, please see above and thanks for your help!
As you can see above, no element for Modula Image Gallery can be found in the layout builder Media Elements.

Hello, please see screenshots below:

Single post with blog posts sidebar: https://savvyify.com/img/image/article-page-offset-auto.cYVnHi can you try refreshing your page or dropping shields if you’re using Brave browser? The screenshot shows up for me when viewing this page no problem.
Thanks Rikard,
I’m getting some strange sizing behavior with the pic. Can you please advise on how to get more control over the pic size?
If I choose this setting:
I get a tiny pic like this:
But if I choose this setting:
I get a huge unusable pic like this:
Both of these options look terrible, so I’m forced to use only Grid layout. Is there any way you can advise on how to get more control on the size of these pics? Is it just the pixel count?
Sure thing Rikard and thank you.
Ok thank you.
Thanks Yigit. This problem is resolved. The problem was with Brave browser. It works for everything except this in my experience. For this, I used Chrome and it worked fine.
Hi Yigit,
Thanks for your reply. I’m running the latest version of Enfold. Please find login credentials below.
cpanel shows my disk usage isn’t close to the limit.
I’m also unable to publish new posts:
Ok, so the default values are not user accessible. Is that correct?
Thanks Rikard,
This issue is resolved now. Can you please show me where the defaults for the theme are set? I see Default in many places like this…
but I don’t know where these defaults are actually set.
Thanks Mike,
I was able to change the font by going into Enfold Theme Options ▸ Advanced Styling ▸ H2 as you showed here:
But as you can see here, I don’t have the option to not select Uppercase. This is how my Advanced Styling > H2 section looks:
All of the options seen there result in All CAPS like this as you can see on the page now.
Can you help me get rid of this All CAPS problem?
Got it thank you.
I just now tried changing Heading Font from Default to Aerial to see if how the text appears on the page would change.
The text always appears like this in all caps no matter what Heading Font I choose. There must be some problem. Can you help?
Hi Mike,
Thanks for this guidance. Can you please point me to where this screen is found?
My Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Layout ▸ Heading Font
looks like this:I’m Missing all the tabs you have. Mine just has Layout and Dimensions. :/
Thanks Rikard. Please find below the login credentials.
The page with the element is home page backup.
Hi guys, can someone pick up this ticket today? Hoping to get back to work on the site today if possible.
Hi team,
I’m giving up on fixing this element and just discarding the maps on my site. If you think of anything else, please feel free to let me know of suggestions.
For now I’d say you can close this ticket.
Thanks for trying anyway.
Hi Mike,
The problem seems to be that there isn’t billing associated with any of my projects.
I’ve created all of these projects trying to solve this problem. If I click the ellipsis next to any of them, I get this error message.
Are you able to tell me why despite this page saying health checks are passed…
I still don’t actually have any billing associated with these projects?
My payment method is up to date:
You would think there would be somewhere in here that you could say “Hey Google, associate this project with this billing account.”
But I can’t find anything to do that.
Update complete:
I got the same failed result.
What can we try next?
Nevermind, I freed up some space and am trying the normal wordpress based update method now.
Hi Mike,
I’ve just tried updating and the page said:
unpacking the package
and then
could not copy file.. some kind of language file. I think I’ve run out of space in my hosting and have to deal with this. Can you tell me where the wordpress based install attempted to place the files in my hosting account when attempting to unpack the package so I can go in and delete them and then try the FTP based update method whereby I just replace the enfold folder?
Hi Mike,
I’ve successfully updated PHP.
As far as verifying my purchase and registering Enfold, I did that just a few weeks ago when updating. Please see here.
So, do I really need to try to re-register the product?
If not, should I try updating the theme again as a next step?
I’m wary of this solution however, because you mentioned above that you tested you Google Maps API Key and it worked correctly.
So, wouldn’t the problem still be with my Google account?
Thanks Mike, I’m starting with the php update. Can you please point me to the url of this page?
I’ve never seen that before.
Hi Mike,
There doesn’t seem to be an option to update.
Clicking “check manually” just gives me this:
