It is for the vertical view on tablet.
Hi Victoria,
Thanks for looking at it again. The code you most recently wrote does have any affect on the website.
I appreciate all the attempt. But they all have a sideaffect that’s I would like to avoid. The spacer/whitespace block already has a field where I am guided to adjust the hight of the whitespace.
That would be the ideal thing to do instead of different code.
Is is a common error that the function does not work? And will it be prioritized in uocomming updates?Kind regards,
CamillaThis is my problem too: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/mobile-menu-parent-items-open-submenu-and-dont-click-through/
There has not been a fix for this yet? Thanks.
Thanks John, but I am still unable to open the menu items on the mobile.
When I click the page it just unfolds the options underneath the page (unfolds the subpages). Thanks!
Also, when I open the mobile menu, I cannot go to the menu items (parent pages) but only each menus subpages.
This is also just on mobile.
Do you know how to adjust this? Thanks, but when I add this my products below are no longer centered on mobile…
It was very helpful. Thanks!
Thanks, it worked.
Can I add one that applies to mobile specific too? Also, will you fix the bug in the spacer, so this custom CSS is not necessary in the future?
Thanks, John, but it affected the look of the shop products as well on mobile. So I had to remove the CSS again.
Can you add something to make it more specific to only affect the spacer/whitespace?
That would be great.Okay, thanks.
I just updated it manually. And will keep an eye on if the automation works next time. Thanks for your help.
Hi Nikko,
Thanks for looking at it.
The CSS just removes the separator/whitespace entirely. In the separator/whitespace function, there is an option to enter a number that defines the pixel height.
So the function is there. I just can’t make it work…Maybe you could login with my private data and look?
I just find it hard to believe that writting a simple number in the option field like ’30’ or ‘-30’ can be done wrong :-)Also, one website shows this message:
Theme Updates
No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.8.5)
Check Manually
Another this one:
Theme UpdatesNo Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.0.5)
Check Manually
I suppose 3.8.5. is not the latest version, when the other one is running 4.0.5?
Is it as simple as to generate an API key at themeforest?
I have two licenses to enfold – can I then just generate two API keys..?When I enter the ThemeForest username and the API key, it says that everything is good “alright sparky! [etc]”.
Even if the API key is incorrect. So I can’t see if I did it right…Hope it makes sense :-)
Sorry, I misunderstood your last reply in the other support message.
I thought you asked me to open a new request and refer to the link.
Sorry about that.I get your point – there are different API keys :-)
I am looking for the first one you mentioned: “The one you insert in Enfold theme options > Theme Update that lets you automatically update the theme”.If the API key is the same as the purchase code, then I just received it with my order confirmation.
Is it the same?Perfect. Thank you.
Thanks Victoria. I appreciate the help.
The CSS is affecting the mobile view in a bad way. Is there anyway to make the CSS only affect desktop (and tablet if it makes sense)?Thank you again.
Thanks. It looks good.
But it has affected other pages too, where the settup does not look good now.The CSS is written only to affect the boxes on the frontpage?
Yes, I would be thankful for that.
Thanks Jordan..! That really helped.
I added some padding alway around the text to make it look nice.
Although the grid box with text to the left: here I have a problem making the text be centered within its own 1/2 box. I guess my problem goes for the other grid box text as well. It just does not look that bad there because the text is on the right side of the screen.Do you know how to do this? That would be really great..!
Here is access.
Thanks!Yes, precisely that.
Is that possible? That would be great.I would like the images in the two grid rows to be exactly up against each other. And not have the spacing.
But when I do this, the text also moves up. Or the images do not fill out 1/2 of the screen anymore.Yes, it would be great with an advice if possible.
It is this homepage. It contains:
1) advanced layer slider
2) grid row 3 column
3) and then the two grid rows where I have my problem. I would like the images to fill out half and the text the other half. But I can’t make it look good.4) Everything below is just attempts to find a solution. So far not a good solution:-)
… where the images are not free scraped, but with backgrounds.
So an example like this page http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/features/ but with images where the grey back ground behind the pictures is not there. But will I need to download them again? Will all current plugins be removed when I upload the new design files.
Do you know that? :-)Hi Mike,
Thanks for a quick reply.
Will this then be correct? Not sure I added the two tracking ID correctly, they only vary by ‘-1’ and ‘-2’ in the end.Perfect – thanks!
Thanks Nikko, that was a great tip.
Thanks!
