    Hi Ismael,

    Duplicator Pro support just told me that I need to redo my backup using Duplicator Pro only, that was the issue. i was trying to import a backup from my Go Daddy account. Will I need to reactivate the old theme I used to use in order to do the back up of my site again? I have no idea. Thanks.

    Thanks Ismael,

    I decided to purchase the Duplicator Pro “Basic” plugin, I’ve used it before and like it however right now I just tried to import my website into my dashboard and got an error message about a missing file so I sent a message to the support of the plugin to see what to do next. I suppose I need to wait for assistance now.

    Hi,

    That fixed the error message issue. Thanks. I now uploaded the ‘coming soon’ demo to my domain until I get things in the backend sorted out before I begin to edit/build my site with your theme. I actually already have a ready-made website but with another theme…is there a guide or some advice you can give to me in order to get your theme up and running with my existing content? Also, I have quite a bit of old plugin’s/files in my dashboard from my previous theme, will that be an issue? Thanks.
