Hi There,
I managed to fix it. I removed the custom css class. Used a color section with single full width column, set column marin-top to -100px and added z-index:1 !important; to the slider custom css (under slider appearance).Cheers

Hi John
If I make the background color white the full width of the section is white and therefore you don’t see the overlap of the content area on the layer slider. Could you please tell me how this was achieved in the church demo.
I have removed the color section and added a custom css class to the column called ‘overlap’ and used the following css. The yellow background is just so I can see it.
.overlap {
z-index: 999 !important;
margin-top: -120px !important;
position: relative !important;
}Cheers Jane
That’s fixed it. Thanks for the quick fix, much appreciated.

Hi There,
I think found a solution. I added:.html_header_top.html_header_sticky.html_bottom_nav_header #main { padding-top: 50px !important; }
I haven’t looked at the tablet or mobile yet, I’ll get back to you if I need any help.
ThanksHi there,
I have used the Layer Slider for the time being, once the site is live I will come back and try again.
Thanks Jane.
Hi there
I have added the buttons to a full width column and added padding to the left and right, this looks fine on desktop but when viewed on a mobile or tablet the buttons stack on top of each other despite having plenty of space. Is there a better way rather than using padding.
custom css:
.avia-button-center {
display: inline !important;
padding: 0 5px !important;
}https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/43825281/dish%20buttons%202.JPG
I can’t send login details, the site domain has not been redirected.
Cheers
