Hi. I had the same issue and solved it by disableing the plugins. The plugin that hamperred my site was Google Analytics, Monster Insights.

SOLUTION FOUND

I just found the cause in my case. When I removed ‘Google Analytics / Monster Insights’ all was good.

GREEN LIGHT.
