I added : https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-downgrade/ via cpanel, but cannot get to it via admin.

Long story, just had everything moved to another server and all was working fine.

Then I upgraded to new WP then having issues since yesterday.

I don’t think I will have a backup since all was done yesterday
