thank you so much – I didn´t expect is so easy. I was almot going crazy finding a solution.

The problem now disappeared after deactivating all plugins.
And stays still without any problems after activating all plugins one after the other again. The problem is just gone.

Actually I do not know where the mistake was – maybe some sort of caching in the database.
