BuddyThank you so much, it is all working fine now. I activated woocommerce and advanced layout editor worked great. I have now activated all plugins and everything is working fine. It seems to load faster also. That’s the kind of support I thought I would get from you all and I really do appreciate it.

BuddyIn your reply you said woodruffway.com but that site works great and it also uses woocommerce. bobbrowne.art is the one that is not working with woocommerce. If you activate woocommerce you cannot use the advanced editor.

BuddyI don’t have any plugins activated. I have the other enfold theme (https://woodruffway.com) hosted at GoDaddy also and it has woocommerce. What do you think the issue is at GoDaddys. They checked everything today. If there is an issue with them I want to get it straight.
I bought the theme because of the great support but I don’t feel like I am getting any support just a brush off.

BuddyI called GoDaddy and talked with Jake, he check server logs and errors and said he increased (I think) PHP limits. He said that solved problem.
So I am trying to edit now and if I activate woocommerce I cannot use Avia layout builder. I just get the loader icon spinning around and around.
We will be selling paintings so we need woocommerce. I am using Enfold theme in https://woodruffway.com and also using woocommerce in that
site with no problem. I got such good support in woodruffway and it works so good that’s the reason I am using again. Can you help me get this working?

BuddyWhen you check the site would you see why the demo import does not work. I have tried to import Enfold 2017 several times but no luck

BuddyI deactivated woocommerce plugin and everything started working fine again. I have another enfold site with woocommerce plugin and it works fine.
I will need woocommerce in this art site. Do you know anything I can do to get the theme and woocommerce to be friends?thanks,
BuddyI deleted enfold theme and deleted enfold child theme and reinstalled them and still when I try to edit in Avia layout editor I get the loading symbol again and cannot do anything. If I need to talk to GoDaddy rep then what do I tell him?

BuddyI don’t understand what you mean. I can edit in regular wordpress but not in the advanced editor. I did not get an error message. \

It is in there and filled out:
Tax rate id 1 tax rate country US tax rate state GA tax rate 8.0000 tax rate name State Tax tax rate priority 1 tax rate compound0 tax rate shipping 1
tax rate order 0 tax rate class nothing in there.
What else can I try. I check the tax table on mdwcolor.com another site we have and it is exactly the same and collecting tax.

Could the Enfold theme be stopping it some how? The other theme is Avada.
BUddyI installed woocommerce plugin but I did not get notice in install woocommerce pages in my Enfold theme. How do I get the Enfold woocommerce pages? I am using child theme.

On woodruffway.com fullwidth easy slider on home page client wants all buttons to be white with all button text to be pink #ea3c82 and all buttons centered in slider.

BuddyThe slider seems to be working okay now but somethingI funny when I first go to home page I have to hit reload to get to the home page. I will be trying to fix that but please take another look.
