I did send private data, but I guess something went wrong, since I don’t see it here anymore. Second try!
Hi Rikard, see links in private content. I already checked if certain plugins or the video on the translations could cause the problem, but disabling that, didn’t help.
March 26, 2017 at 9:49 pm in reply to: After update to Enfold 4, meta data misses in blog grid layout #767071@ Andy: turned off all plugins. Removed customization. Purged cache. This all didn’t help. But what helped, is what your collegue Victoria suggested: change blog style from business to elegant or modern business. Only: it breaks my styling in a bad way. Is there another way to show the categories but keeping the normal/default business blog style?

March 16, 2017 at 3:17 pm in reply to: After update to Enfold 4, meta data misses in blog grid layout #761968Hi Rikard,
It doesn’t concern posts but pages, where I use the blog grid layout, which indeed is part of the Avia Layout Builder
See screenshots for more clarity: categories where there before by default, but have disappeared after updating. I cannot see where I can make changes in display, since this wasn’t necessary to do before the theme update.

While settings in Media gallery seem to be okay:

February 16, 2017 at 2:09 pm in reply to: Enfold search icon in menu not displayed on mobile anymore? #747956Hi Rikard,
Only just got round to implementing this. So it is visible now, but looks very ugly… What would be a good way of providing decent search on mobile? I’m not to pleased with this solution…
December 20, 2016 at 8:25 pm in reply to: Enfold search icon in menu not displayed on mobile anymore? #726754Hi Yigit,
It does display on ipad now, only in a very ugly way. No sign of the icon on mobile phone though.

MoniqueHI Yigit,
THanks, I’ll try and use the plugin, but I have this problem on all my Enfold sites (and that’s al lot…), and can’t remember it being a problem last year. I noticed it a few months ago. Don’t you think it’s a bug?
Sorry, forgot to confirm in WP. Should work now
See private content, thanks!
This is not helping me at al. There seems to be a conflict with the content of the Latest post widget provided by Enfold. Please consider looking at my question again.
Kind regards,
MoniqueHi Ismael,
I’m afraid this causes an error, see private content part.
Thanks for both solutions, just what I needed!
Hi Rikard, see my description in de the first post of this topic. When I activate WPML, some items in the menu for adding links disappear.
The background is now blue-ish (my overlay colour I guess), but the image is still not scaling…
Now the button is visible in a white area below the image, which doesn’t scale…
Ok thanks, I used a different code:
.slideshow_caption h2 {
font-size: 4em!important;
font-weight: lighter!important;
}but it seems to work. However, the button disappears on smaller screens… do you have a solution for that as well?

January 11, 2016 at 10:24 am in reply to: Content section with slider and overlay of 75% browser-height #563025Hi Yigit,
It still is a local installation, so can’t give you a link, sorry. But it’s just as applicable to your demo-content, the full screen slider: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/homepage/home-v7-one-page-portfolio/
I’ve tried setting certain containers tot 75%, but without luck finding the right code.
Thanks,
MoniqueJanuary 7, 2016 at 7:56 pm in reply to: Content section with slider and overlay of 75% browser-height #561474Hello Yigit,
Actually, the best solution I think would be to apply the css-code of the content-section of 75% browser-height to the full width slider. Because the easy slider cannot contain buttons…How can I find this css-code of 76% section-height and apply it to the full width slider?
Kind regards,
MoniqueJanuary 7, 2016 at 5:39 pm in reply to: Content section with slider and overlay of 75% browser-height #561384Hello Rikard,
Sorry, but it’s still a local MAMP installation… it’s just that I want a full width slider set at 75% browser height, with a button and a text.
Please take a look at the example of Draper & Dash I mentioned before. I want that, only on 75% height, and using Enfold of course.Could you advice me on the best option?
I’d rather see an possibility where I could fill a content section with a slider instead of a single image or video. But that’s not an option (yet?) I think?
The easy slider does not provide enough possibilties, so I guess I have to go for the advanced layer slider?Kind regards,
MoniqueDecember 15, 2015 at 10:56 pm in reply to: Different business units: use multisite, 4 different installs or adding code? #553321Hi Basilis,
Does multisite require only one license? Or do I need to buy different licenses per subsite as well? Also, I heard about lots of problems with plugins on multisite… can you tell me something about how well Enfold works on a multisite installation?
Kind regards,
MoniqueOk that worked, thanks!
(I was trying to make it easier for my client to only make changes within the admin of WP, but apparently this is not always an option…)
See login in private part of this message.
Kind regards,
MoniqueHi Rikard,
Your code seems to be the exact same code as mine, only 20px instead of 10px? So it’s not working either.
I can change it temporary, via firebug. But it’s not working when I add it to the theme’s quick css.Kind regards,
MoniqueThanks, it does work with deactivated plugins, however, I’ve only installed gravity forms and gravity forms mailchimp add on for now… awaiting for the hosting company to increase allocated memory and see if things work fine with plugins on.
