Absolutely superb. Thanks Guenni!
OK. The htaccess fix seems to have done it. Thanks.
Right. I must admit I find that confusing. I’m not a coder, and I’ve never had the problem before, though I’ve built WordPress sites with much bigger menus.
However, a solution need to be found. So which is the best (safest) way forward? The last thing I want to do is get to 50 menu items and then loose the lot again. Is there any way to guard against this?
Should I just speak directly to the host?
Thanks
BobTemp login set up.
The menu error might have been related to me adding a custom link – not an actual page – though I’m just guessing. I’ve added the link below.
Do you need a site map?
Resolved. Thanks. Situation has been resolved by the folks over at http://supsystic.com/plugins/data-tables-generator-plugin/ whose support was terrific considering it’s a free plugin.
OK – I’ve found a plugin that does a pretty good job (http://supsystic.com/plugins/data-tables-generator-plugin/)
It allows me to center, bold, etc and gives me a shortcode that I can put into your text block.
The only challenge is that there’s a blank row of cells across the top (see link to my site) Is this down to theme CSS and if so, how can I get rid of it.
Thanks
Hi
OK, so no way to look at the code for your tables and modify?
How do I get that table header bold and range left?
Thanks
BobHi
My challenge – and I don’t know if this is do-able – is that while much of this is a global change, (centering and reducing text size), there are occasions when I want to force uneven columns.
In the private content you’ll see first a link to the existing site. The second is my re-build so far in Enfold. There are 2 tables. The second is fairly standard, but the first needs uneven columns.
In an ideal world I’d like table title range left, bold, and the same size as the body text. Then table text centered, and smaller so that it recreates the existing site – doesn’t keep breaking over onto 2 lines. I’d also like to change column widths.
I’m not a programmer, but I do have some experience with WordPress. If you can show me how this works I don’t mind tinkering with code to change parameters.
Thanks!
Oh, sorry – I need the columns centered too.
Top man! Perfect.
Job done. Just been to Themeforest to give you a 5 star review – superb support.
That’s superb – man you people are good ;-)
Can I ask another?
I’m playing with general colors right now, and I’m happy with what I’ve got until a sub menu rollover.
On mouse over of the main menu item, the sub item comes up dark blue on white – great – but on mouseover of the sub menu item it goes to white with light blue text, which is difficult to read. Can I keep the dark blue background and just have the text go light blue?
