Hi Mike, I have the exact same issue. Not sure what to do.
Hi Basilis,
As I mentioned, I tried numerous settings using the masonry grid (there are only 3 options). However, pictures are either displayed with all the same width, or they are stretched and not visible. However, I am unable to reproduce the look with various different pictures with different heights and widths as displayed in your demo site.

Boy
I get this error: [09-Mar-2018 13:59:44 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Cannot unset string offsets in /home/easyshoo/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider/classes/class.ls.popups.php on line 66
Sorry i checked the wrong root. I will do another debug log.
Hi Victoria,
I did the debug.log and received this error message:
[08-Mar-2018 11:48:15 UTC] PHP Deprecated: mysql_connect(): The mysql extension is deprecated and will be removed in the future: use mysqli or PDO instead in /home/easyshoo/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1562
Any ideas?

Hi Basilis,
I just checked with my hosting party and they said it can’t be the limit since it is on 2000 MB.
Furthermore, i can’t seem to grasp why my theme wont update. I tried manual upload via ftp but it keeps saying: No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.1.2)”.
Hope you can help me.
Regards,
Boy
Hi Nikko,
When you click on any layer slider and try to save anything you would see a error message.
As for the theme update. I already updated via ftp yesterday.

Boy

If you read my last message you’ll see i already updates the theme manually. However i still get the same message: No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.1.2)”.
Also my Slider is not back yet.
Hi Yigit,
I already had the WordPress transients plugin installed. I just manually updated the theme. However, I still see: “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.1.2)”. Also my Slider is not back yet.

Hi Rikard,
Within the theme update panel I see this message: “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.1.2)”
Why don’t I see any new updates appearing? My Your Themeforest User Name and Your Themeforest API Key are filled.
Best Regards,
Boy
Hi Rikard,
Very strange but everything is working on my end too. Yesterday I tried numerous browsers and machines. But thanks for having a look.

Hi Yigit,
Suddenly i could install the theme via the enfold theme option and is now updated to 3.6.1. However, the easy sliders are still not visible. I emptied the cache numerous times and refreshed. On my phone they seem to have no problem, but on the desktop they do.
Regards,
Sorry to stalk you like this.
Hi Yigit,
I also installed the transient cleaner already, but no luck. Thats why i tried to update manually but during the upload I got some unknown errors and not all theme files could be uploaded. I’m not sure what to do next.
Boy
The website is no working again only the theme did not update, so the problem with the sliders is still not fixed. The enfold theme option still says: No updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.0.4)
I changed min-widht in max-width and now the problem is solved. Thanks!
Hi Yigit,
This did exactly the opposite of what i needed. Now the text on the desktop view is smaller, however the text enlarges on smaller devices and is still not readable when sized down.

Hi There,
Could someone please help me out with this problem.

Hi
Im not used to working with these codes so sorry if I ask stupid questions.
I saved the homepage (with the correct footer icons) as a template and pasted in another page.
Where can I find what unique ID to use for the different color section? I tried to look into it using Firebug but I can’t find it.
Thanks in advance,
Boy
Thanks a lot for your help.
