Since I hadn’t heard a reply to my post, I ended up recreating the page from scratch again, and the formatting cleared up. Prior to this, there were many issues in the formatting of adding a caption to a photo in a text block, which may have caused some kind of glitch to stick.

Thanks Rikard…we keep adding states. That sounds like a good solution to try, if it’s not possible to scroll down the list. The other option we’re discussing is adding an interactive map, which would eliminate the need for scrolling altogether.
