Thanks! I tried that with Chrome and Firefox but needed to use another program to clear everything from my browsing history and other caches before it would work.

Did you test the live site? The ID is certainly linked – otherwise why would it work on the desktop environment? I have checked everything, but I think it is an issue with the left hand side menu. If I change it to top menu, then the problem goes away.
If you could log in and have a look at what is going on, that would be really appreciated.
