    Below, you can find modification in the file enfold/framework/php/class-framework-widgets.php in line 1630.

    Hi,

    now I am sure that it was not a bug with some plugins or caching as you suggested. And as you can see I am not the only one having this issue.

    We have solved it by some changes in your theme’s code.

    Hi,

    I’ve disabled all the plugins (including cache) on my website and it didn’t change anything (even after clearing cache). It just doesn’t work properly, sometimes it connects, sometimes not what starts to be really annoying as it was working correctly before the last theme update.

    To be honest I think activating default WordPress theme will not give us a reply, as Instagram is integrated in Enfold, so disabling theme will result in disabling plugin.

    Any other idea?

    Hi,

    yes I’ve tried and unfortunately it didn’t change anything. Still, instagram is not displayed correctly. I.e. today it was working between 10-11AM (Warsaw time) but now it shows “Unable to connect…” again.

    To be honest I don’t think that it is a problem with connection or slow server, because I have also some other websites on this server and they’re displayed correctly when checking from the same network.

    Hi,

    sorry for not replying faster, but I decided to observe the problem for a while.

    To be honest on friday morning I found that problem is even more strange that I thought. At about 7AM (Warsaw Time) on Friday Instagram on my website was displayed correctly, than at about 9AM “Unable to connect…” message was displayed again. I didn’t checked it on Saturday but on Sunday the problem was still appearing until 11PM. At 11 PM instagram was again displayed correctly, now the problem is back.

    What do you think about it?
