    Have deactivated all plug-ins. No effect.

    Please help! Need to have the site live by Thursday.

    Heyee, any results?

    We need to get this site live and this is the only thing
    that is holding us back.

    Did not want to bother you, as tried and tried to figure out
    myself.

    Hi Yigit,
    As always, thank you for your quick reply.
    I don’t think it is a permission issue as I am able to upload all other media to content/uploads
    and works fine.
    I have set up a temporary account for you:

    I have set you to Editor permissions. Hope that is enough?
    I have spent weeks trying to figure this one out. Will be nice
    to get the site live.Good luck!

    Have uploaded new theme via FTP

    Have updated the site to new theme version from 3.0.2 to 3.3.2

    Made a backup of the site (just in case). The new or test site location is

    http://www.epichearing.com/onesourcehearingoldtheme2/

    I have reuploaded the logo to the theme yet it still does not appear.
    It shows in General Settings and the image location points to the
    new sites image location.
    I am able to make other modifications to the header (i.e. alignment, lines, font)
    yet I just get a background image instead of the logo image.

    Please advise!!!
