Anyway, for the moment it sems to be fixed.

KlausAugust 17, 2018 at 8:18 pm in reply to: Events calendar: page not displayed (source text available) #998574Hi,
they have not yet any idea, this is what I received:“I am checking with the team for some additional recommendations here, as I have not been able to recreate this on my end (the page loads without errors for me using the latest version of Enfold). I’ll let you know as soon as I hear back!
Post Link: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/adding-an-event-page-not-displayed/#post-1599929”Meanwhile we deactivated all plugins, tried Enfold parent theme, our child theme and Twentyseventeen. No matter how many other plugins are activated: the page runs smoothly under Twentyseventeen but not under any of the Enfold themes…

thanks. I am trying to get support from Tribe Events.
Meanwhile I did some more research on our site with Health Check. Results:
– Community Events page works fine under theme Twentyseventeen with all the other plugins activated.
– But even with no other plugins activated it does not work under Enfold or our Enfold child parent.
Regards
KlausThanks, that did the job for me!
KlausThank you, everything is perfect now!
Klaus
Yes, that did the job.
Although the akkordeon does not enfold while printing (didn´t it do before?)
Hope there are no other implications?Thank you
Hi Elliott,
when I print I get three blank pages with only the logo and a separator line.
Regards
KlausSorry to come back to this issue:
I just tested your “Test”-page: is working fine until there is too much text in the text element in the right column. I did not test the limit, but it must be beyond four lines.
Thank youHi Elliot,
thanks for your efforts.
I rebuilt a new page and I changed the “Unterricht”-page: the print preview is ok as long as there is no image or simple slider in the left 1/3 column.
As the images are not important for printing: is there a way to exlude the first column? Or to print only the second column (without header etc.)?
Or is there a proper way to offer a PDF-print button?
Thanks

great, thanks, that did the job.
(May be I should once again try to understand CSS :-( )

Hi Elliott,
I de-installed and installed Firefox: no change.
How can I attach a Screenshot.
Meanwhile I got a response in the FF-forum:=========================================

==================================================
What I understand is that there is a “overflow:hidden”, that prevents printing in some cases. And they say that the developers have to change the theme because Firefox is processing correctly.

KlausThis reply has been marked as private.Hi Andy,
I cannot reproduce that problem with one of the default themes activated. But in that case there is only source code, no sliders and advanced elements to be seen.
FF tells me that it´s the latest version: 34.0.5
No, I did not contact their support, but I´ll try.

KlausThis reply has been marked as private.Hi Elliot,
yes, latest version and all plugin deacitivated: same problem
Using InternetExplorer: no problem
According to Firefox FAQ I reconfigured page options. Result: if I manually rescale the page size (from “automatical rescaling” or so) to fixed scale of “70 %” or the print preview shows the page. But one of the pages only shows up if I rescale to 60 %.
So it seems to be a Firefox problem?
Thanks
KlausThanks a lot, works fine.
Klaus
Thanks, Yigit, that helped a lot.
Is it possible to do these changes in the child theme in order not to overrite them with the next theme update?
I tried to copy the whole /lang directory but that did not have any effect.
Thanks again.
KlausYes, that code did the job, thank you!
Now my last problem is to shrink the logo width to the width of the first column (a one fourth column). There are so many threads about logo size.. Which one will lead me best?
Oops, one more question: is there a complete list of css parameters including description (like “image in circles within columns”) so that I could try to fix such problems myself?
Thanks
KlausThis reply has been marked as private.Hi,
ok, now the circle images in colums 2, 3 and 4 are smaller.
But the slider in column 1 as well :-(.
I wanted only the circle images to be smaller.
Any solution?
Thank you
Klaus
Worked fine, thank you!
Have a good 2015!Klaus
Hi,
that helped to have more whitespace beneath the logo but not above the logo. How can that can be achieved
Thank you
Klaus
