It seems weird to me, because when I use the default editor, the table of contents won’t work, but when switching to the advanced layout, it works correctly.
Something must be creating conflict, obviously, but it’d be hard to know what, since it was after an update that it stopped working, and if you notice, all of our blogs are created using the default editor, with the template created through php.
Any idea of what could be causing it?
Hi Rikard,
I’ve now updated the Theme to Ver. 5.6.8. https://prnt.sc/KSaTZ-J0G44F
Please take a look.
Thank you!

Hi Rikard,
I believe I have updated Enfold, please tell me if otherwise. Thanks
I deactivated the plugin now, please go ahead and try again
Thanks!
Hi Rikard,
I’m sorry about the inconvenience, I’ve disabled the 2FA now.
Best regards.Hi Rikard,
Sorry for the late reply. The staging is done, and I’ll share the credentials in the private content.
Sorry for the late reply,
I noticed that in order for it to work, I need to use the Advanced Layout editor, when previously, all my blog posts were using the Default Editor, and it’s not working there.
Is there a way to make it work on the Default editor?
Sorry, I completely forgot.
Ok, I’ve created a new user.
Hello Rikard,
Sorry about that, I was doing tests on a staging environment and not on live. I went ahead an removed the plugin, and setup the widget included on Enfold.
Can you check again, please?

Hello Rikard,
I’ve followed up with your suggestions. I deactivated all plugins and it’s all the same.
My guess then is that there is some custom code interfering, but I wouldn’t know which could be.Do you have any idea or ways of checking?
Any help is much appreciated.Best regards.
Hello Rikard,
Thanks for your answer. I went ahead and tried using the Widget you mentioned, but unfortunately it doesn’t work either.
When I click on a header, it will scroll back up.You can check the behaviour here:

Following up.
Hi team ,
I managed to fix the issue please don’t touch the website specially the plugins
Thanks
Hi Ismael,
Yes, you can deactivate the plugins to determine if that is the cause. Thank you.

Thank you for looking into this. Login credentials sent via Private Content.
Please be very careful, this website has a lot of traffic and sales at all times of the day and night. And can not be down for very long.
Hello,
I am not sure what you ask. It has the default WooCommerce Settings and Enfold theme. Yes a child theme, but the WooCommerce templates for the shop and archive pages have not been customized.
Yet the sorting on the Shop and Archive pages do not work. They work if I change themes but not when Enfold is turned on.
Thanks
Thanks Nikko! That works great for desktop.
However, I am still having the issue on mobile. It is fine when shrinking the browser down, but not when actually viewing it on my phone.
Do you know why that would be?
Thanks
Thanks Ismael.
That is set to display none because we do not want all images to have the image overlay. We wanted to target only those 2.
Even if I take that style out, it still does not display the the overlay on the image at all times. Only after hover.
It is out now. Not sure what we are doing wrong.
Thanks
We were able to figure out a work around using div classes and JavaScript.
I don’t think it is a problem with gravity forms because enfold adds the lightbox code automatically to the image link.
Here is a link to the site. Choose a gift and click the next button. Then 3 images for that gift show and link to lightbox. But all images are in that lightbox, not just the 3 for that gift but the 3 for the other two gift types as well.
Any info you can provide would be helpful.
Thanks

Thank you!
Works perfectly. Thank you very much!
I was hoping that if I could get the Portfolio Categories to work on Custom Post Types that maybe I could use the Portfolio Grid on a main Page to display them? I am not sure if that is possible….
Is there no way to do this within the child theme and without having to edit the parent theme?
Hello, I did that… and I turned off all the plug ins, still the same issue :(
anyone can help?
Thanks guys! I appreciate it…
I actually installed a brand new download of ENFOLD and I still got black listed… why is this happening? Is it b/c I use the same DB? Why are these files inside ENFOLD , I didn’t add any 3rd party plug ins
We really need to figure this out or I won’t be able to use ENFOLD again (the client would fire me).
is anyone else having these issue??
I completely had to remove ENFOLD to get Google to NOT black list my website
Each time Google would black list our website (clients site) and point to different ENFOLD files as being hacked even though theENDOLD version I was using is verion 2.9.2 (latest version)
Last time Google point’s to /wp-content/themes/enfold/js/toucheffects.js as being infected
This might be part of a much wider issue with this theme?
Please advise? I can’t use ENFOLD for anything until this has been resolved
