Have you had any luck? Is there anything that I can do to help?
I have removed the contact form from the contact page. You can access one here, instead:
We look forward to hearing back from you.
Thanks.
This is another issue that the owner of the site is having on her computer (not sure why it doesn’t show up elsewhere):
On my end, I am receiving the message at the bottom of the screen that reads:
This contact form is deactivated because you refused to accept Google reCaptcha service which is necessary to validate any messages sent by the form.
Might this be the issue? If so, how do we resolve it?
Thanks again!
There is a backup option for Managed WordPress.
It also appears that the advanced layer slider stopped working when I did the update.
I have deactivated Contact Form 7 and Ninja Forms.
They can, yes. But we aren’t using them.
I recently added Contact Form 7 because the Enfold form wasn’t working. I can deactivate them.
Ninja’s forms was there the whole time. I’m not sure if it’s connected to anything but I don’t think so.

I updated and it still doesn’t seem to work. I’ve posted login info in the private link. Thanks so much!
This worked! Thank you!!!
This was helpful! How do you remove italics from the captions? Thanks so much!
It worked! Thank you!
Ah… I installed the Cache Enabler plugin and, after clearing the wordpress cache, it seems to have cleared up the issue!
Thanks Yigit — I added your code and it works in Safari but not Chrome or Firefox. I cleared histories in both so I don’t think it’s the browser cache. Any thoughts?
I also tried this code:
span.blog-categories {
position: absolute !important;
top: -9999px !important;
left: -9999px !important;
}It works in Safari but it’s not hiding the categories in Firefox or Chrome.
I’m trying to hide categories in the blog post element but it doesn’t seem to be working with the CSS. The staging site pages with the blog post element are here: http://16d.3a5.myftpupload.com/blog/ and here: http://16d.3a5.myftpupload.com/
Hi Elliott,
It helps but the images still pop up.
The four main images under the slider used to pop up but there was an option to turn off the animation I think.
Is there anyway to just get the testimonial images to load without popping up?
Thanks so much for all your help.

It’s the section that reads “Take it from these actors!”
Just scroll down. It’s the bottom section.
It seems to work! Thanks so much!
That was my bad. I think I uploaded the wrong pdf. Dumb me — I used to be blond.
Here is what is should look like:

Thanks a bunch!
I think the Enfold stylings are overriding the editor color-coding.
It was a plugin conflict: Sharebar Version 1.4 | By Monji Dolon
Sorry to trouble you.
I actually tried adding the easy slider and it, too, doesn’t show on the home page. Very weird. Could I be missing a key configuration?
I figured it out! You edit the layout element by clicking on the edit icon in the top bar of the element!
I did some more research and learned that all I needed to do was update the theme:

Yay! Thanks for the good work.
Bob
Thanks! That was it!
