    Hi Mike,

    I found the site where you keep the demos so was able to download it there and install via Cpanel in the end as it wouldn’t install via WordPress

    Just for future reference for my next install would you be able to let me know what files Nikko amended the post and memory limits in to avoid bothering you again.

    Hi,

    Still not able to install any demo files.

    Can you please advise.

    Looked at the support pages and found the Github page but also can’t download Paralax from there.

    So a bit stuck

    Hi Nikko,

    Thank you for being so helpful and the quick response!

    I see the installation is now working :-)

    Can you please let me know which files you made the adjustments too so that I know what to do in the future if I face this issue?

    Also, when I try to import a theme demo I get the below error message:

    “Download of files for demo Agency – Enfold Parallax Demo didn’t work!
    You might want to try reloading the page and then try again.”

    Hi,

    Its running 4.7.4 which I updated it to before asking for support.

    I am not aware of any SSL issues as the certificate was just renewed. I do have Wordfence with 2FA activated so perhaps thats why you were unable to access the site? I can deactivate this for you if you are able to take a look?

    Earier one of your colleagues accessed the site as you will see above but asked for the FTP access which I have provided but since then I didn’t hear back.

    Hi,

    Thanks for looking into this. As this is a business site I can’t change from 5.6 to 7.x as the site goes down. I am providing the cPanel access for you. Can you please make the change when you look at the issue and switch it back if it doesn’t work? Otherwise if you can please let me know when you can take a look then I can make the change at that time.

    The countdown timer on my site shows fine on the site as it is and I update the countdown date weekly without issue until the latest update. Now if I change the date the timer shows blank on the site. If I add a new timer it shows as blank.

    However if I restore the page to a saved version from before the 4.6 update the countdown timer reappears.

    So now it’s on the page but I cannot change the date.
