Thanks Rikard. That did the trick. Not sure why that code ended up in there. I’ll follow up with the original developer.

RebeccaHi Nikko –
One other piece of info that may be useful:
I’m also trying to update the main menu (in main nav) to be black, with underline in hover state, and white in active state (with no underline) – except on homepage. I’ve not been able to get the underline to not show up in active state. I’ve a separate ticket on this. It may be that my experimentation with trying to get the main nav to work is fighting with the sub-nav settings.

Hi Nikko –
Username was slightly off, I’ve corrected it and tested access. You should be able to get in now.
The submenus only appear in certain pages. I’m using the “Fullwidth Submenu” content element. URLs for pages in private area.
Thanks,
RS
Hello Vinay –
Thank you for your response. I’ve tried multiple variants of this code as per the documentation, and it just didn’t work. This is why I emailed support.
I’ve cleared out and re-added the code from the documentation, and this is still not working as expected.
To reiterate, underline on hover is fine. I just don’t want the underline to appear on the active page/state.
I also cleared out the page cache (server side), as well as on the browser side, and still didn’t work.
Please advise as to next steps.
Thanks,
RS
Adding private content; corrected username.

Hi Mike –
I should have been more explicit. Yes, please close the ticket. Thanks for your help.

Hi (again) –
Yet another update. It looks like all pages are now appearing as expected. My prevailing theory that it took a while for the switch over to PHP 7.0 and to update all the cache, .html, etc.
I think I’m all set. Thanks again for your help.
Regards,
RS
Hi –
Yet another update. The homepage now appears, as well as the ‘Resources’ page. I’m not sure why content appears for just those two pages.
RS
Hi –
Additional update, I’ve now updated to PHP 7.0. Still seeing no content in the main body text area.
RS
Thanks Mike.
I’ve updated the theme per your instructions and the settings seem to be back to normal, though I haven’t checked all of them. I’m now back to the original issue of not seeing any content. See screenshot in private area. I will also look into updating PHP.
Any suggestions of additional troubleshooting for the ‘no content’ issue?
Thanks
RS

Hi Mike –
This site was created about three years ago. We did a refresh of the homepage about 4 months ago. I’ve only made slight updates since then. I was working on a contact form which would send info directly to our CRM (yesterday), but on a test page. That’s about it.
Early today I made a backup of the site (post all of this mess), just in case the pages themselves disappear.
Addition info in private content area.
Thanks,
Rebecca
Hi –
The screenshot you sent me *just* appeared a few minutes ago. I had called my ISP to see if there were any service issues (there weren’t). I go back in to find that all my settings for the theme were completely blown out – which is why you now see that page. Now WP shows that I’m using Enfold, instead of Enfold Child. See screen shot from older browser session, newer browser session and what the website looks like at 12:50 pm (EST).
What do you recommend? Reinstall Enfold? How do I get the Enfold Child back (is that a separate purchase?)?
Reinstall wordpress?
Any guidance welcome.
Thanks.
Thanks. That helps. What is the code for making the navigation transparent against the image? If there is any reference documentation, please point me to that.
Rebecca
Hi Nikko –
Thanks for the response. I want to change the the navigation/header for the homepage ONLY. All the other pages should stay ‘as-is’. I believe your recommendation would change the header for all pages. Is there a way to use CSS to change the image/navigation just for the homepage. I’ve seen other forum posts where something similar was done – I just don’t have the CSS expertise to do it myself.
Thanks,
Rebecca
Thanks. This worked! Please close ticket/thread.

Hi –
I realize you haven’t had time to look at this yet (w/new login info provided), but I think I figured it out. I was dependent on the more general menu settings to control the menu and controlled the order via the specific pages. I created a new menu specifically for the header and applied it to the header area. This resulted in the menu working properly.

Great. That worked. Thanks!
Hi John –
Progress! Yes, this did work, however, I want to use a hex color. Is that possible? For example #ff876c.
I put this in just to try it, but didn’t work. Do I need to use a different syntax – or is this just not supported?
Thanks,
R
Added wrong login info. Correct version is in private area.
Thanks,
ROh Sorry – That’s the wrong website.
Correct login posted in private area.
Apologies for the mixup.

Hi Nikko –
I was having the exact same issue as NetphoriaInc, and put in the code you suggested in the General Styling > Quick CSS area.
Unfortunately, this did not fix the issue for me :-(. Can you advise?
R
HI –
Thanks for the quick response. Can you be a bit more specific? Do you mean the permalink for that particular page? Can you give me a sample syntax?
