Thanks!

Ahh, I did not flush the cache… It works, thank you!
Hey Jordan,
Tried and did not work.
This is the text I have in my footer now:
© Copyright – GREGORY BEYLERIAN [nolink]
And you can see it here:
I want to add after my name in the footer a link to this page :
And this page:
Might you be able to show me how?
THANKS,
GB
Thanks, just saw this now.
Sorry, I am not sure what text / code to add to the ENFOLD / Footer area?
I currently have:
© Copyright – GREGORY BEYLERIAN [nolink]And I would like to add after that “Terms of Use” and “Private Policy” – And to have each of those be a link to their respective page.
Could you tell me what to add to make that happen?
THANKS,
GB

Hey!
Here is a link to my shop banner:
https://www.gregorybeylerian.com/shop/I am using the 1500×997 file size suggestion to create the test used in this link.
Is there an easy way to turn this image location into a slide show?
Thanks,

December 16, 2019 at 3:28 am in reply to: My shop sidebar changes when a category is clicked? #1166219Hey Thanks Mike,
Ill keep it full page then,
All the best and happy holidays!

Hi Nikko,
I used those dimensions however the banner is much more cropped than the image I slayed out to those aspects.
How do I design a banner image if I do not know where the edges of the image will be?
Any insights much appreciated :-)

December 13, 2019 at 8:22 pm in reply to: My shop sidebar changes when a category is clicked? #1165633Hi Nikko,
I am using the default Editor and so when I do as you say and go to ” (in the product page backend) Layout > Sidebar Setting > Shop Overview Page.”
It puts the sidebar under the product. Here is a link to one product page showing this issue:
Any ideas?
Hi Nikko,
The thing is I am using the default WooCommerce Shop page it generated and that page does not allow for such modifications like using the Advanced layout editor.
So unless I am missing something? For now I am just using the Shop Banner image option within the enfold theme.
By the way, I can not seem to find what the dimensions are supposed to be for the shop banner image, could you provide me with that info in case the shop banner image is going to be my option instead of a slide show at the top of my shop.
THANKS,
GB

December 12, 2019 at 1:23 am in reply to: My shop sidebar changes when a category is clicked? #1165028Ahhh, thanks so much Nikko.
I got it to work for The Shop Overview Pages. However it seems I could not get it to work for each single product page as I got a notice that says the sidebar could only be utilized if I activate the Advanced Layout Editor. But if I do that WooCommerce says it will not work well and it did not when I tried activating. So I am fine not to have a side bar on single product pages unless you have idea around that?
THANKS!
GB
Ah, ok, thanks!
GB
Its OK, I will work around the default parameters, thanks!
GB
Thanks Ismael!
I noticed with the link you provided that there is the option to organize products by categories and sub categories or tags or attributes.
Do you have advice for a good approach? In my case I have Prints , figurative prints, books , etc…
Would categories be a better approach than using attributes?
Any advice welcomed ,
Thanks

December 1, 2019 at 11:21 pm in reply to: Question about WooCommerce page set up and layout #1161682bump – any ideas?
Hi Basilis,
When I do that and then go to edit that page for which I have assigned as my store, it now has in bright orange the warning that it is now the default WooCommerce shop overview and therefore does not support the Enfold Advanced Layout editor.
So I am no longer able to make adits, design changes, etc?
Am I mis understanding something?
Thanks,
GB
To add more detail:
I have followed these Enfold instructions and built a custom shop page using the advanced layout builder:
“The easier option is to simply create a new Page and add a “Product Grid” template builder element, along with all the other stuff you want to show and simply don’t use the default shop page at all. This should be sufficient in most cases.”
But the issue is that links from the check out page seem to go back to the not used WooCommerce default page and not my custom created page so I am looking for the tutorial on how to set this all up.
Thanks
GB
Hi Jordan,
Could you share the link to where I would find the most up to date instructions regarding setting up the Woo shop with Enfold.
I have this link but the tutorial refers to an old Enfold ver. 2.6
I am looking for current instructions on how to set up the shop page properly.
Thanks,
GB

May 3, 2019 at 7:00 pm in reply to: Issue still not resolved with removing small preview image. #1096991Hi Victoria,
Ismael helped me resolve this, you can close the thread , thanks so much!
Hi Ismael,
Great, Thanks!
I don’t get it, I am perplexed! I have been clearing cached, removing browser history, checking on mobile, separate browsers, etc… And now it works?
So strange!
Anyways, it’s great news!
Should I therefore remove the shortcake since this is the default set up?
.small-preview {
display: none !important;
}Thanks Again,
GBN
Hi Ismael,
Thanks for clarifying the post layout option available in Enfold (and not needing the plugin anymore), I will stick with and return to the classic layout for now.
I have added the css code to remove the small image above post title and flushed the cache but all my posts still show the image.
If you go to my masonry view of posts, you can click on any post and see what I am talking about:
I am hoping there is a way to resolve this and get my aprox 800 posts back to looking the way they used to.
Thanks,
GB
I see, thanks. I will stick with the classic editor for now then since it is more familiar and quicker for me.
Just to clarify, if there is ever a reason to switch to the new Gutenberg layout, there won’t be any code issues that some posts were made with the classic editor and others made with the Gutenberg?
Thanks!
GB
Hi Ismael,
Thanks! that works and I have corrected the relevant posts. For my clarity is The Gutenberg block editor the way to move forward to keep my posts looking the same as they have for the years I have been using Enfold? I just want to make sure I am adding content properly to my site.
My last issue not yet resolved is that after one of the recent updates, ALL my posts now have a small image version of the post image above the title of the post. That did not exist before. You have shown me how to turn it off for each post but I have almost 800 posts and it has suddenly appeared for all of them. Manually fixing each post would take forever and there must be a way to do it in one shot as it was somehow activated in one shot.

Bumping the post due to no response for 3 days.
BTW – I am running Enfold Ver. 4.5.6 which I installed via FTP (and I deleted the older Enfold folder first as suggested).
And yes, “Lightbox Modal window” is checked.
BUT I don’t recollect if I ever modified the header.php file, could you explain where I get a fresh copy ?
And what are the modifications I need to redo?

Hi Ismael,
Yes, the Lightbox Model Window is checked. I noticed that al the old posts that were created before seem to have the Lightbox effect, however new posts do not?
Also , I placed the code at the top and so far it did not seem to change anything. I flushed the cache and all? I noticed that there seems to be no effect on any of the blog posts except for the one where I tested the manual approach you suggested to go to Featured image and “hide on single entry” And for that post you will see that the image is gone but a symbol remains. Example:

Sorry for my ignorance about this :-)

Hi Victoria,
I have still not resolved the issue, so if you have any ideas that would be great. Essentially, all my posts (almost 800) that I have been adding to my site over the years now have a small review image above the post title. This happened after a recent theme update, not sure which.
I am looking for a way to remove the small preview image without having to manually edit every single post. There must be a way since it was activated simply because of an update I assume.
Here is an example if post :
