Hi,
yes, it is a link to the audio file which is in the media library. It works for me by opening a new page, perhaps because I have permissions?
However it is not a good solution in regardless as I would like to have a player embedded so that there is no page change or opening.
Have you an idea of how to incorporate a simple audio player into the page?
Thanks!
Sure, here you go:

You can’t miss the bright red button that says “click to listen”
Hi,
Well I uploaded the song file into the media library and I created a promo button and linked to it.
Yes, it plays when the button is clicked, but the problem is that it goes to a new page to play the music and I want the music to play within the same page. So I have yet to figure out how to accomplish that…
Thanks for that link.
Do you think it will slow down the load time of a dense page that has a lot of content to add to media library?
or is it inconsequential?
So I used the revisions options and went to an even earlier version and that has seemed to have worked.
Now I am feeling insecure as I do not know what made the formatting go so nuts.
A plugin conflict?
Is it safer to build a page with Avia in draft or publish and revise?
I found the revisions option which I thought was going to save me but as I went back to older versions of the draft, yes some material returned but images and text look even more wacked.
oh man…
Hi Rikard,
The page I am building is quite long so I am in in draft mode (not published yet).
And in actuality, due to the problem , I may have found a better solution all together, which is to use a full width easy slider instead.
If I do not like the results I will publish and send you link.
Question: On the Enfold demo theme, looking at Pages / Slider / Full Screen Slider page, could you tell me which element creates those narrow image windows that as you scroll, you see a different part of the image?
Thanks,
GB
Hey Rikard,
If there was a way to activate graph like lines instead of box lines around each post, I would check to see what I prefer but already its good :-)
thanks,
GB
Thats it, thanks!
I found the adjustment needed in there..

Question, would this also work for categories?
Thanks,
GB
Hey Yigit,
This might help, it is a link to a web page that utilizes what I am talking about:
http://www.damienhirst.com/artworks/catalogue
Wondering if it is possible to have the grid lines. If not, I am happy with the current solution you provided :-)
ahh, ok, thanks.

Thanks Yigit, that works well.
Is it possible to create a graph line between posts, like this:

Thanks again!

Hi Yigit,
I just added the code and it produced a line under the post but it does not go all the way across nor up and down, ideas?
Example:
Any ideas?

worked great, thanks!
Any ideas?
Hey Digit,
That removed the “0 Comments” great, thank you!
It did not remove the post text that is under the date in grid view.
Is there a way to get rid of that?

I figured it out! :-)
OK, thanks, fingers crossed it is offered in an update.
Sorry for the newbie question but what is the best way to find that code? Do I need to first click a specific template in the editor such as archives, config.php ( I have like 8) , dynamic-css.php, etc?
Thanks again
Hey Digit,
Thanks, I am going to try that now.
Question, after I make this change, will it stay in place when I update the theme via FTP?
Hi Basilis, Yes I would like to have the ability for the video to play in the masonry view where the feature image is represented in a post. I notice that some themes can do this like the popular Avada theme. They can also play audio from the masonry view post and as well click thru slide shows that may be in the post.
Is it something that Enfold may integrate into an update?
Also, would this slow down the page load time?
Thanks
GB

Worked like a charm, thanks!

OK, great, that is simple enough..
What do you think would be a faster load time, a 10 second loop that is self hosted or hosted thru Vimeo?
And is self hosted video capable with background video, I did not see that option in the video?
Thanks!
