Tried to go to a backup prior to the update and it worked fine for a bit, but now the same issue is happening again. Is there some kind of auto-update that I need to disable.

Same as before, it still works fine on staging. The issue only happens on live. It’s not always the same image that disappears, but I have attached a couple of screenshots to show which one is the issue currently.
