but to me that doesn’t explain, why the “Main Content” background is there on all pages (without the use of any color sections) when in mobile resolution. It’s just not there when in a normal desktop resolution, as you can easily see for yourself. This has to be a bug, doesn’t it?
Sure, I can use the color sections as a workaround. But one thing, I don’t find ideal about them is, that if the color section spans over the whole height and the page content doesn’t, the content will be vertically centered, and there seems to be no way to change that. Or is there?

I just saw that on mobile device, the bg image is there on all sites.
And there is another issue: The bg image should be in fixed position, but when scrolling on mobile device, the image always stays behind a little and then moves to its fixed position. I find this quite unpleasant when browsing a site. My smart phone may not be the fastest, but then I think there are many people with slower devices out there…
