I wou7ld love to say that I understand how this resolved but in the end, I just re-updated the theme and it all started working again. I think that it may have had something to do with a backup file being reinstalled on the server and the theme needing updating once again but I really am not 100% sure.
I would, however, like to say that ENFOLD is my go to theme choice and I have purchased this many times now because it is just head and shoulders above the other alternatives out there – both for options, style, and support – great work as always.
I have managed to resolve both of these issues now.
I also notice that the Masonry Galleries are also not showing – I have a feeling this may be part of a bigger problem.
My site was down completely with the following error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare av_countdown_events_fallback() (previously declared in /home/content/n3pnexwpnas03_data01/38/41426038/html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown.php:14) in /home/content/n3pnexwpnas03_data01/38/41426038/html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown/events_countdown.php on line 12I found the solution that you had given to somebody else so also deleted the suggested file:
It seems the events_countdown.php had been moved into a events_countdown subfolder. When the theme updated, the original events_countdown.php file remained in the root avia-shortcodes directory. I removed this file at: ../wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown.php and it has resolved this issue. This brought the site back but with a series of errors as above – no tables displaying, galleries not showing!
You are simply AMAZING!!!
Thank You so much!!!
Best Regards

Please come back with a solution – I am tearing my hair out here!
The theme is new only just downloaded it and I had to install it via FTP as the limit on file uploads is set at 20MB (FastHosts are next to useless and will not make any changes for me)
I am assuming it is to do with the standard templates but no matter what I do I can’t get it to vanish? The only way it did work was when the .htaccessfile was not working which only showed the homepage, it seems whenever there are several menu pages I just can’t get rid of the area at the top?
