I definitely have not come up with any answers other than just make a fresh user. When I made a new one for the moderators to log in and fiddle around, they did not experience the same issues. Everything was normal for them. So it’s not the most technical solution, but try creating a new user and see if it fixes the issue for you like it did with me.
I put a link to a video showing what’s happening down in the private content section. When I click on “save” or “close,” the web address changes to reflect that, but nothing changes. Your response said that you didn’t have any problems, so I logged into the new credentials I made for you and it’s working like normal. Should I just create a new admin profile and delete the old one?
I have included the login credentials for the profile that’s having the issues if you’d like to take a look and see what’s happening. Thanks so much!
