I also made sure to clear my cache on all my devices multiple times to make sure that wasn’t the issue.
December 13, 2013 at 4:44 pm in reply to: Flyout Menu – Responsive Screen Sizes (including iPad Portrait) #199966So I was able to find the folder and made the changes and it is still not working. I tried making them directly from host (they have a file manager option) and when that didn’t work I downloaded the file, made the changes, and then uploaded the new file using Filezilla.
Any other suggestions?
December 10, 2013 at 4:47 pm in reply to: Flyout Menu – Responsive Screen Sizes (including iPad Portrait) #198585I apologize in advance, but what is js? I searched the functions.php and header.php and could not find anything on line 89 matching your description above.
I’m not entirely sure where to look as I searched a few other folders but could not find the line you are referring to.
In that image the sidebar is cutting off some of the text. I would like to remove the sidebar all together when viewing it on the iPad (Portrait only).
I have the smartphone option disabled, but I am not able to figure out how to resolve it in this instance.
Here is an image from my website showing the issue:
Thanks Yigit with your help I was able able to resolve issues 2 & 3. In regards to the sidebar on responsive devices, I already had the “Sidebar on Smartphones” unchecked.
I wasn’t having an issue with the sidebar on smartphones, the issue was ONLY on my ipad when it was displaying PORTRAIT. When I am viewing it on my iPad it cuts off half of the sidebar, but when I flip it to landscape (and any other screen size for that matter) then the sidebar is fine.
The issue only occurs when viewing it in portrait mode. Is there a resolution for that?
This reply has been marked as private.Hoot that made the difference. I actually that in there but had a typing error in the class and didn’t realize it until you replied back. I had to make a few minor changes for responsive screens but it looks JUST as I had hoped.
Thank you so much for your assistance.
I forgot to mention that I was above to create that promo box with the correct border with some css, but I couldn’t figure out how to get the button styled correctly. I just added another promo box to my website page I sent you with what happens when I try to add the Enfold button to the promo box using the correct styling I am trying to achieve.
Josue,
On this page: http://benwitt.com/contact I created a promo box using the code that you sent me, but I was hoping that the border could be styled more like the promo box above it.
I tried adding a background
background: #ffffff url(https://benwitt.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/CTA-Border.png) !important;
to the css you sent me but it just styles the inside of the promo box instead of around it like the one above it on my website.Any suggestions?
