Problem solved :-)Thanks so much for your good support!
B.August 13, 2016 at 7:12 pm in reply to: Special formatting in "enfold main menu" button style bordered #672298Thanks Josue,
that worked perfect!I wonder if I should open a new threat. Now I’m struggling with the menu settings on the English page.
.av-menu-button .avia-menu-text a { color: #ffffff !important; border-radius: 15px!important; background: #88CFE1; } .av-menu-button .avia-menu-text { background-color: #88CFE1 important; border-radius: 15px!important; background: #94D3E2; } .av-menu-button + .av-menu-button{ margin-left: 0; } .av-menu-button + .av-menu-button{ margin-left: 0; }
I’m not sure why the menu isn’t displayed as in the German version. I pasted parts of it into the Quick CSS without any success.
Can you help thee or do I open up new threat?
TxsThanks Yigit,
I sorted most of the issues with your help. I guess the theme was giving me the impression it was up-to-date and potentially the Themeforest API Key was wrong. One more thing.
I’m struggling to get the seperators (German – English sites) synchronised.
What’sfirst? the actual Enfold design settings or the quick css?
Could you give me a hint on how to fix this?:-) I learned something…
Good thinking Rikard!
It’s obviously a coincidence that the view was OK on some systems. But the css has to be straightened out.
I know now that the css differs from the English to the German Version and the problem is solved!!
Thanks so much…!!!- This reply was modified 8 years, 5 months ago by beenee.
Thanks Ismail,
we’re getting there. This didn’t have any effect to the EN site.I went down to 10%
.avia-mozilla #top .no_margin.av_one_sixth { width: 10%; }
AND.. I realised it did to the German (DE) site! Now the same portfolio grid doesn’t follow the “Quick css” on the English (EN) site.
This is where the problem seems to be…
…any Ideas why this could happen…?

Hi Andy,
I tried on an Ubuntu 14.04 LTS with FF 46.01 and 47 and it worked! (1)
– on Linux Mint 17.1 with FF 47 and it doesn’t. (Tried save mode (no addons – and private mode – deleted Cache) (0)
– on Windows 8.1 on FF47.01 and it doesn’t. (Tried save mode (no addons – and private mode – deleted Cache) (0)
– on Lubuntu 15.10 with FF 44 and 47 and it worked! (1)
– on Windows 7Pro (VM) – FF 47 and it doesn’t. (Tried save mode (no addons – and private mode – deleted Cache) (0)My Customers run Windows 10 with the latest FF: One PC diplays it correctly – One doesn’t! (1) (0)
And then I realised something! When I change the viewport of my browser (Windows 8.1 /FF47.01) it works!
Going back to fullscreen it doesn’t.Conclusion: It works on a sceen-resolution of 1280 x 720 and it doesn’t on 1920 x 1080
On on a Browser-viewport 1420 × 792 on a Browser-viewport 1920 × 916 it does not! This applies to the English Version of the page only, The German one works well with all resolutions.
I’m puzzled :-(
Thanks for further help,
StefanThanks Ismail,
This was a very valuable tip!
Great support! Problem solved!- This reply was modified 8 years, 5 months ago by beenee.
Unfortunately I still see it broken into two rows (see below).
Hi Jordan,
thanks for that! This takes out the blog archive and from your answer I gathered that:.single-portfolio .widget_categories { display: none; }
…takes out the categories as well.
I’m also looking fo a way to just display ‘the other’ portfolio items from ‘the same’ category on the sidebar.
Would you know how that could be accomplished?thanks again,
Stefan

I’m still having this same issue.
I made a template of the ‘working’ Portfolio Grid and just use the template on the EN site. This didn’t work either…
Does anyone have any ideas…?Thanks Rikard,
Yes latest Version 47.0 of FF in Win 8.1 and Linux mint/ubuntu – (Cache deleted – tried in save mode as well)
Still the same problem…
It is not comprehendible why the German Version differs from the English one…?!
Not sure what to do…
S.I’m using FF, sorry…
Hi Vinay,
I believe this is a good workaround for now, thanks a lot!
It’s still strange that we had to alter the Quick CSS.Thanks again,
Stefan
Hi Rikard,
here you are…
Thanks Rikard,
this solves the issue with the gap from the top header to the main content (Slider etc.).But I suspect another problem as this doesn’t solve the issue with this extra line crossing through the top logo… (see link below)
I gave my customer editor rights to edit text on pages and they managed to mess with the design, but I can’t figure out how?

I found out it doesn’t work in FF for Windows only, tried that several times to clear chache. Also used private mode in FF (46.0.1.).
It works in Chrome and IE though.
It also works in FF with Linux…Any further ideas?

Thanks Andy,
no not the title, this can be solved within the actual fullwidth slider caption menu.
I mean the one at the bottom, which on the first slide on the given website reads “leinen los”.

Hi Vinay,
thanks for this. But no success.
I also played with the padding numbers obviously. That’s not it.Is there another hint?
Thanks
StefanAs this topic is still open, I’d like to contribute a similar issue and hope for help.
I can’t seem to get 6 portfolio grid images in line.
One is always falling into the next row. This is the page: http://www.plp-group.com/
Any ideas, anyone…?
Thanks

:-)May 9, 2016 at 10:42 pm in reply to: Sliders stop working after update wordpress on version 4.5.2. #629507Hello there!
I do have the same issue!
I’m running Enfold Version 3.5.4 on WP 4.5.2
None of the sliders work.– I recreated pages
– deleted images
– uploaded images again
– cleared Browser cache
– Logged on and offDoes anyone have an idea?
best
StefanThanks Rikard, perfect!!!
Works well, problem solved!Hi there!
I did have almost the same issue. The background color didn’t show in the socket. It wouldn’t take “any” “Enfold general Styling” background colors in fact. I took the advise and turned all plug-ins off. It worked well after all was turned off! Now I turned them on again, one by one. And guess what, it still works as I was expecting it. Background colors are correct after turning plug-ins off and on again. I have no explanation for this, but maybe it helps solving the overall problem. Thanks for solving mine.
cheers
StefanSolved!
Oh Jeez,
Thanks!!! That Easy!
I just rebuilt a post without the advanced layout builder and it works as expected!
Thanks for solving this issue! This can actually be closed as solved!
January 20, 2015 at 2:35 pm in reply to: How do I find the Version of the used Enfold theme? #382452I’d like to close this as solved, not sure how…?!
January 20, 2015 at 2:33 pm in reply to: How do I find the Version of the used Enfold theme? #382448I found it myself @ WP Backend (Top Menu) – Theme Options – Theme Update
Enfold: No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.0.4)It seems to be “Auto Updating” and the Envarto /ThemeForest Update Reminder Mail still gets sent.
Perfect, this is the solution!
Just an idea:
It would be great if there would be a table or glossary for the numerous class (names).
Thanks!
