No. Issue is the same. I have updated to the latest theme in case that was the issue but no change.
I just need the header gold solid bar to stay where it is on scroll. Perhaps it is something in the css that is blocking the change?
Could you suggest another option please?

Can you try again please?Have managed to change the function of the header now but I cannot get it to stick to the top – on scroll it turns to transparent even thought I have chosen no transparency.

I can see where to hide the element on mobile but how do i set up using another element? Is it just a case of adding another element onto the page and then only showing it on mobile?

No everything is working as it should – it’s just the tabs that are not right on mobile version. Sadly they form the main part of the build.

Looks fab on desktop – not so good on mobile :(

not that I can see!Where would this have been set up? I am not the only administrator on the site so someone else could have done this? If it is set up which country do i need to whitelist?

OK thanks for your response, although I am a little disappointed that a theme that says it’s responsive isn’t! Would it not be better to remove this option going forward as people like myself will spend hours setting up a site thinking it’s responsive and then just as we get to go live find that the element used on nearly every page is not and won’t work on mobile!

UPDATE!
I managed to add a widget area to the header using your support, however I need to move the image from below the logo to the space between the logo and the menu. You can see this here: http://prntscr.com/p5a0g7Can you give me some CSS to do this?
(for information I cloned the website and have tried this on the clone instead of the live site. if I can get it to work I will replicate it on the live site)

Hello Mike, Screenshots attached. From what I can gather it seems to be an android issue only. My colleagues with iphones are seeing the correct font for the headings and text.
Pretty sure all my settings in the stylesheets are correct and can’t see an option to fix anything.

Kimit seems to be an issue with the SSL certificate and I have my hosting company looking into it for me. I assume it is something at their end.

Kimno problem. I have rebuilt the page using Enfold page builder and seems to be working fine now.
