Hi Rikard,
I have updated the theme to the latest version now but Accordian is still not working. I have used this on many of my sites with no issues. Can yo have a look please? Something is not right on this site for some reason?
Kim

thank you. I have found the plugin in question and replaced it with an alternative. All seems to be working fine now.
Ok thanks. It appears to be the Smush plugin that is causing the issue. I use Smush on all of my websites to compress image sizes. It always says that it is compatible with your theme. I wonder if this has now changed with your latest update.
Many thanks
This reply has been marked as private.Hey,
you won’t see it now because I rolled back the site to the older version of Enfold. it’s currently running 4.8.6.2
When I update new version of Enfold 4.8.6.5 the issue happens.I have tried it in all browsers, incognito and on colleagues pc’s and the issue remains.
it happens on this site and all the other sites I have tried to update.
many thanks

Hello Nikko,
I am now having the same problem with other websites when I update. Large blank spaces after the header image and before the text/image content is visibleSee screenshot of the issue here
http://prntscr.com/1wy5oulI have cleared my cache, tried on various browsers and had my colleagues check too and the sites are still showing the issue!
Any further suggestions?
Thanks for your input Guenni007 but that doesn’t explain the issue I’m having on all the other website with this Enfold update!
Morning Nikko,
I have done what you suggested but I still see very large gapping on the page. it’s as if the page is taking a long time to load and I have to scroll down and up the page for the elements to load properly. This doesn’t happen on the previous version of Enfold. When I log into the staging site the page loads the header image and the titlei and that’s all. Everything else is white and the page doesn’t load. Can you not see that when you log in?
It happened on all the other sites that I updated Enfold on to.I have taken a screenshot of what I see when I initially log in
http://prntscr.com/1wpb6nxMany thanks
Kimalso, for reference it has happened to more than 1 of my sites so I have held off updating plugin until I can find a solution
Many thanks

thanks for that. I have now added in the code under config.wpml – config.phpit does seem to be loading faster.
Interesting that is seems to be the font as I am using comfortaa!
Can you check now and see if it looks ok?August 31, 2021 at 6:11 pm in reply to: issue with moving from frontend back to dashboard – timing out #1319225**UPDATE**
I can see this issue is being cause by block editor. When I switch to WP classic editor the site loads fine with no issues but all of my page details disappear in the backend!Do you have a fix for this please?
August 31, 2021 at 6:07 pm in reply to: issue with moving from frontend back to dashboard – timing out #1319222thanks Ismael, I’ve got the fullscreen editor sorted now. I still ahve an ongoing issue with the speed of moving between front and back end!
it can take up to 30secs each time and often times out. it’s not happening to any other sites but only to this and another site which is cloned from this. My hosting company have checked and have said it is an issue with the theme. Is there any way someone could have a look at this please?
Do you think it might have something to do with the dummy content I downloaded at the start? As i said in my first port here I used Elegant portfolio as the dummy content.
Can you help please?August 10, 2021 at 11:09 am in reply to: issue with moving from frontend back to dashboard – timing out #1316032Any luck with this issue? I’m trying to build 5 sites at the moment and would like a fix for this before continuing
Many thanks
KimAugust 9, 2021 at 4:16 pm in reply to: issue with moving from frontend back to dashboard – timing out #1315876Hello, I went Flywheel (my hosting provider) and they came back with this response
We were unable to find any errors in the logs indicating why this may be happening, and everything is looking good from the server end. To troubleshoot a little further I created a clone of the site. I completely maxed out resources and timeout but was still seeing the loading issues. I then disabled all plugins and the loading issues continued. It was not until I swapped to a basic WordPress theme from the enfold theme that the editor was loading quickly. I then re-enabled all plugins, keep the basic WordPress theme active and all was still loading well. As soon as the enfold theme was re-enabled, those loading issues resurfaced.
Seems to be related to the theme and not the hosting.
Any change you could have another look and let me know if you can find anything which might be causing the slow load between front and back end?
Many thanks in advance

August 5, 2021 at 10:53 am in reply to: issue with moving from frontend back to dashboard – timing out #1314601Hi,
If I click on front end of site and then when in the page click on “edit page” it takes a long time to go back to the back end of the page. Sometimes it gives me an “unresponsive – do you want to wait” message. When I do eventually get back into the page backend there are no options on the left hand side – only the “W” logo to click on.
https://imgur.com/a/BnGZhP5 – this is the view i see when I eventually get into dashboard
https://imgur.com/7lB0mcE – this is what I see normally on my other sitesThanks Rikard,
I managed to get it sorted. Sometimes it’s best to come back to a problem and the solution was staring me in the face. You can mark this issue as resolved.
Many thanks
KimHello,
I have had to use a different theme for this site now as it was an urgent build. As soon as I changed the theme the events booking worked perfectly.
I have found some evidence online to suggest that there are issues with using EC and Enfold.
Didn’t have time to wait for a fix.
Thanks.
