Thank you for reporting. I can see the issue is on the Windows browsers – we will have to investigate it a little bit more, but it can also be a functionality that is not supported on those browsers.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

That is happening on retina images actually. They load all the sizes because the image needs to adapt on different screen sizes.

It is not over a year. This issue is on the last updates and it is related mostly to how plugins work with Enfold.
We are not offering compatibility with all of the plugins, but it in case we do try to have all the issues shorted.Best regards,
