Please go to Settings -> Permalinks and set the custom permalink the way you want.

We would need to check a liver version, so we can try to locate the issue. I have tried to do it and could not replicate the issue at all.

Can I ask why not use enfold theme feature, with custom sidebars?

Any issue with a thirdpart plugin, must be contacted with the theme author, as we can not test and make our themes compatible with all themes available.

should be

add_action(‘wp_head’, ‘add_custom_gtm’);

To be honest, I could not understand your question. What do you exactly need and how we could assist you with it.
Responsivness is changing the div size based on X size of screen, so I can not get exactly what you mean.

Are your images big enough to cover all the space? As I can notice the resize is happening because of size, when resizing changing.

It is possible, but you need to add correct values not only to z-index but to position of the div elements also.
