There is an CDN been used for the images, that is why you can not convert them.

Depends on where the file is been setup and that is why sometimes !important it is needed.
It is not something to be used.

We can not define the IPs’ as any of us is using a different one!

U can use a is_page to load a code only on one page, based on the ID. Please check: https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/is_page
