Please disable all plugins – reset the newsletter API and try again.
Just tried on a clear WordPress installation with enfold only installed and seems it worked properly.

Settings are stored to the database and not on the theme at all, so renaming the folder should not be an issue.
I did a quick check and noting broke, although I suggest before doing it, always to have a back up.

We have not worked out for any issue.
Please contact the plugin creator who I am sure will be able to provide a solution for making the plugin wrorking properly with enfold
if there is enough demand for him also.

If he also provides a fix, we will be more than happy to include on any next update

which does offer a compatible to enfold settings, so yout web site will not brake.

We do not have any other settings option pre-made for enfold our selfs, for any of the caching scripts.

That is an issue of the hosting, limiting the upload images ( and surprising it does not happen with any other theme to be honest ).
Can we have backend access to check also please?
