Enfold does not have a shortcode like that premade and those who are ready, would need integration to be used.
There are modules that can be used, but they either simple HTML / CSS or Visual Composer.

Actually it is from the envato updater.
I have submitted an issue to them, so they can validate the connection and provide with a better message.

Schema is working for articles, products etc based on what it is produced and also together with the help of the plugins used ( woocommerce for example, does add it own schema also ).
What type of over-writes you need to do?
