I got an Internal error, while trying load your web site

You can remove the blog element. If you use any other theme, just access blog posts from their archive page or by using /category/category-name method on your WordPress installation.

Yes, I tried what you said ( although I find it strange some user to do that ).
Please disable your cache, then clear all local cache and try again.

I would suggest a plugin like optimisation.io, W3C Total Cache or WPRocket.
Those plugins help you optimize images and site speed, to look good and better.Regards,

You can switch to text editor, and copy the content from there, paste it to the other site and then switch back to visual.

There is no automatic way to do it, as long as you create the menu from Apperance -> Menu, I am sorry.

To exclude categories, open includes > related-posts.php. Find this code.
$my_query = new WP_Query(“tag=$tag_ids&showposts=$postcount&ignore_sticky_posts=1&orderby=rand”);
Add exclude category. Find the category ID to be excluded.
$my_query = new WP_Query(“tag=$tag_ids&showposts=$postcount&ignore_sticky_posts=1&orderby=rand&cat=-12,-34,-56”);
