If you post inside a topic, you send it to the back and when a topic is inside weekend, then posting 3 times will bring it even back to the que.
I can see the issue, but would need some time to work on it, as Edge is fairly new and stable. We need to see what differences exist.Cheers!

You can just create a child theme and if you have modified any files, just copy and paste theme over there.
That will automatically convert them properly.Let us know if you need any other help.

You can only do that by editing the footer.php and use any service ( example share this ) to add the icons there.
Pasting HTML can also be done using a Widget, to the footer area.Let us know if you have further questions

Yes Mark it is possible, by using a is_homepage() function and then load the menu on homepage and hide on other pages ( on header.php ).
That is one way, other one is doing it with a custom page template, like you suggested.it is possible, just need some further work on how to be developed.

Importing a demo means, you add extra pages and changes to the theme options.

!important is giving priority to the rule, over other rules, so the browser does read that part.
