Every plugin works great with enfold, you will not have to deal with any issues.
You can try any of those two I have also used Ninja Forms before, they work and interact really good.

You have a dropdown to the menu position there, and when adding the CSS it makes it look bad.
Please remove the dropdown, so we can create the CSS for the buttonRegards,

You can try add some Custom CSS from the themes Options Panel of enfold or using the custom.css file.

Please try the following two things
1. Upload again all the theme files
2. Disable all your plugins and give it a try if everything is working properlyIf those does not solve the issue, we will have to check back for different issues.

That would require a lot of extensive work and also work on the responsiveness of the theme.

The Events Calendar Plugin is one we suggest. On the other hand, if you want something with Bookings, WooCommerce / Woo Products are supported also by our theme.

Move it to the custom.css file, so you do not replace on a theme update, or create a child theme.

I am sorry but we can not just send the images over, that is not how the importing function work.
There is a hosting issue, you will have to ask the hosting provider that the images do not get imported and they will be able to assist ou better.Regards,

Never seen that issue before or ever read regarding that point ( with the blocked – resources ).
Please disable the plugin and let us know if the issue regarding the Fatal Error is been solved.Now, regarding the blocked resources, I am not sure not blocking is the best ideal result…

You can also try a plugin like optimisation.io, which does includes CDN and Image Compression, inside with minify etc and it will help you make your web site a lot faster.
