Seems that there was modifications to the theme and it was not done as child theme, so now, after you updated you lost all those modifications.
I am sorry, but we do not provide assistance to custom modifications, you will have to hire someone to do those, if you are not able to do them by your self.Please do let us know if we can do anything else for you

I have loaded the web site and the menu is really modified a lot.
I even click on the submenus and they are not getting activated.I think that best option if you want to fix although is to contact one of our Customization Contractors, who will help you out with the process.
