1. Connect to your ftp and rename enfold from enfold to enfold2
2. Login to WP Admin
3. Renamed enfold folder back to normalYour issue will get solved.

When you resize the logo on that way, it is not proper.
Please, size the logo with a photo software to the size you need and remove any custom CSS, so it can work and function properly.Thanks a lot for your understanding

The modifications you ask, are a bit out of the normal support we offer.
It is done with media queries, but you do need a code you can use, every time.Please consider to hire someone, who can help you out with the code snippets you do need and want to reuse each time.
