There are also plugins, like wpMaintainer that allow you to create a ” client ” plugin, add it to client site, and then remote login to client site.

If that is the issue, then most probably that happening because of some Cache that your web site is running on.

After WooCommerce 2.6, you need to re-add any variations that have been added previously, I am afraid.
try that by adding a new product and check if the variations do work.If they do, then means that you will have to update the products
