Please update out theme to the latest version and that will help the issue regarding the Google Maps ( and maybe if there is a conflict, with the download manager ).

We do not although offer support for the rest of the plugins, so please consider to ask the plugin authors as they are responsible for making a plugin work with all the themes.

As I can understand for the 2&3 you are speaking for the Footer Area.
Please go to the Theme Options and check the settings from there, regarding the footer are and the changes you can do.
