I have loaded your web site with my chrome and it does seems to load just fine.
It is most probably something related with the cache, which you should take care.LEt us know if we can do anything else for oyu

You would need to have a backup and import the files through your Panel ( which will most probably use phpMyAdmin. ).

He means you have to create a child theme, then while you are using the functions to over-write your default JS, you will have to use the folder to move the JS there.
