The animated gif, can not be cutted to parts or been responsive and keep been animated, that does not exist.
Better is to uplaod it to youtube while also compress it, so the web site size does not go a lot higher.Let us know if we can do anything else for you.

You can add a custom CSS for the p, so you can select the Weight of the font

to have it only on the homepage, it would require some different CSS, that can work based on the situation.
I am afraid that is not covered from our support policy.
You can although hire a freelancer to help you with that.Now, regarding the content text on the 1st page, based on the blog you need?

The js is not been stored and not been re-used because of the upddated function of WordPress and security reasons.
If you add it inside a Widget Module ( by using a sidebar ) you can have it work always.
