You can use ” content: ” CSS rule, to replace the title if you need to.
Else, you would need to modify it through a child theme, which would require to hire a freelancer to help you with that process.

You should either create a shortcode ( so the HTML could work properly inside WordPress ), or you can try add a sidebar and use the Text Widget when you call that sidebar.

There is no option for that, we are afraid.
You can although use a rgba value on the columns with some custom CSS, to make it work.
If you do not know how, you can always go ahead and try hire a freelancer, who would help you with the process.

It is most probably a conflict, so the plugin might do solve the issue as it will load different JS.
Let us know if it works if not, then most probably there needs to be an alternative way on MailChimp loading of the popup.

We do need to take a look and help you with the modifications ( guide you ) with them.

Strong and other HTML elements can not work on titles.
