I can see you are having a child theme on place and I suppose there are either a header.php file inside or modifications to the menu.
If you enable the main Enfold Theme, you will see that it will be back working properly

You can use the filter and get the option from the theme options applied there.
You can check the header.php how to call the proper logo.

Hi,

What you can do, is simple add the logo on the menu :)

How to add images to your WordPress navigation menu

And then, the menu item that has your logo, add a class that hides it on desktop and it is visible on mobile only.

That is the easiest way to make it work, with not tons of hacks.
