Hi,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

1. Yes you can use Enfold, you would have no problem at all.
2. Can you define multifeatures? What exactly do you mean?
3. No, you would need a license for every installation you do.
4. Yes you can customize the theme, as child theme
5. That is included inside the folder of our pluhin

There is no solution to do that, as the tabs do not have an anchor that you can link at.

Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

It is not supposed to load a new section that is the problem, it cant open it on a new popup.

I tried a random images to upload it into the web site and it works just fine.
